Counsellor
Darell Lai
Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure how to move forward.
Sometimes it's a build-up of stress. Sometimes it's feeling stuck in the same emotional space. Sometimes it's simply needing someone to talk to without being judged.
My role is to listen, understand your experience, and help you make sense of what you're going through at your own pace.
How I work
My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I aim to be genuine in how I show up, to offer acceptance without judgment, and to understand your experience from your perspective.
Together, we explore what's been weighing on you, and work towards building awareness, resilience, and a way forward that feels right for you.
