We work on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns — so you can respond with more clarity instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Couples counselling helps partners slow down the cycle they keep getting caught in, understand what's happening beneath the arguments, and practise safer ways to communicate, repair, and reconnect.

Our work is Gottman-informed where helpful, and always paced to what the relationship can hold. We focus on the patterns, not the people.
